Ray and his team provided an excellent service from initial design consultation through to installation. We amended our bay window design following the initial survey and this was dealt with professionally and courteously by Ray who provided fantastic assistance to ensure that we achieved the correct overall finish that we had visualised. The fitters were reliable, polite and carried out the installation to a fantastic standard. There were a couple of minor manufacturing issues but again, these were dealt with promptly and without any resistance. We would highly recommend this company.

I had several quotes for new windows and doors (as you usually do with big jobs) but of all the companies the great big window company stood out. I was not hassled at any point for a sale, on quotation I felt no pressure and Ray was really down to earth. The fitters were friendly and polite, cleaned up after the job (including hoovering). The quality is great, and it's transformed the dated look of my house which has an awkward front porch we wanted to keep.
From quotation, measuring and fitting I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to get the great big window company back out when I am ready for the rest of the house to be updated. Ray visited after the fitting to make sure we were happy with everything, which I thought was a nice touch.
